Up the middle of a pagoda in Tienshiang, in Taroko Gorge. We hiked up the 6 or 7 flights of stairs to the top. It doesn't seem scary until you start walking up these concrete staircases that are free-hanging from the wall. The handrails were far too short for me to feel safe up that high, and the wind was slamming the doors shut that opened up to the outside on each level. Terrifying, to say the least.
